Tempest Racing was never just about building the fastest car — it was about mastering every aspect of the journey.
From day one, we approached F1 in Schools like a true engineering project: using professional Gantt charts, risk analysis models, and a fully projectized team structure to manage every deliverable with precision. Each phase — from aerodynamic optimization using SimScale CFD, to resource management and pit display development — was mapped, monitored, and executed with discipline, ensuring we stayed 15 days ahead of deadlines and under our strict ₹50,000 budget.
But the journey wasn’t just technical. Facing sponsorship hurdles, we shifted gears, crafting a high-impact pitch strategy that secured full funding through meaningful partnerships with Sunsteller and Pocketful. We built a data-driven sponsorship model that offered 0% ROI disparity — a rare standard even in professional marketing.
At the same time, we amplified our brand through powerful community engagement — hosting a creative giveaway at a popular student café, distributing 3D-printed F1 car phone stands branded with sponsor logos, turning everyday items into vehicles for brand recall.
Our digital outreach was equally strategic. Through targeted Instagram campaigns, a YouTube collaboration with Geknowpedia, and a dynamic website experience, we reached thousands of students, sponsors, and STEM enthusiasts across Gurgaon and beyond — promoting not just our team, but the F1 in Schools spirit itself.
Sustainability was the backbone of our enterprise ethos. Partnering with IAMGURGAON, we organized a two-week plastic waste collection drive, mobilizing classmates, teachers, and families to recycle over 20 kilograms of plastic. We didn’t stop there — our team uniforms were sustainably produced in collaboration with Closet Notion, a local startup, cutting costs by 25% while supporting eco-conscious practices and homegrown businesses.
Every sponsorship, every post, every initiative reflected a simple philosophy: real impact, real partnerships, real engineering.
Tempest Racing didn’t just compete — we engineered a movement, blending innovation, enterprise, and community into every lap we raced.
Innovation. Precision. Passion. Tempest.
