F1 in Schools
F1 in Schools is a global STEM competition where students not only design and build miniature Formula 1 cars but also create a full team brand, marketing strategy, and sponsorship plan. Teams develop their cars using advanced engineering techniques, including aerodynamics, CAD design, and simulation, while also managing the project, finances, and outreach. The competition challenges students to blend technical expertise with creativity, teamwork, and business skills, simulating the real-world dynamics of motorsports.
Our Vision
At Team Tempest, our vision is to become F1 in Schools Champions, while constantly pushing the limits of innovation and excellence. Having earned accolades at regionals such as the R&D Award and narrowly missing the Knock-out Champions title by just 0.004 seconds, we are more determined than ever to claim this victory. Our aim is to win prestigious titles like the Sustainability Award, Best Pit Display, and Design and Engineering Award. We also strive for recognition in Project Management and Enterprise, with a focus on blending performance with purpose. As we continue to grow and evolve, our red and blue spirit drives us to make a meaningful impact—both on and off the track.
